Bon Appetit Restaurant at 3704 Carolina Beach Rd. is a ‘home away from home’ for many Wilmington locals. When you walk in our front door, you can feel the familiarity as regulars sit and chat over a bottomless cup of coffee. You will feel welcome as Gene comes out from the kitchen to walk around, meet new faces, and catch up and chat about sports and everyday occurrences with those customers he has already come to call ‘friends.’

Our Breakfast Menu features eggs, pancakes, french toast, shrimp and grits, pan sautéed omelets w/ the freshest ingredients, stone ground grits (NOT instant), seasoned red skin potato home fries, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, and combination plates in case everything seems just too good to make a choice.

Every weekend we offer our regular breakfast menu in addition to five or six specials, changing every week. We offer a rotating basis of 25 – 30 different french toasts, frittatas, omelets, and benedicts. Whether it’s a ‘New York Strip Platter w/ Eggs, Home Fries, and Toast,’ ‘Emeril Lagasse’s Spinach Asiago Chicken Sausage Omelet,’ ‘Smoked Salmon and Creamed Spinach Frittata,’ or ‘White Chocolate and Banana Pudding Stuffed French Toast,’ every dish is made to order using only the freshest ingredients.

Our Lunch Menu is equally impressive and includes wraps, quesadillas, hot and cold sandwiches, 10 oz. burgers, salads, and a variety of hot entrees like Fried Flounder, Chopped Steak, and Italian Meatloaf. We are proud to serve ‘Boars Head’ cold cuts and USDA meats.

Our Dinner Menu offers a variety of Appetizers including: Fried Calamari, Proscuitto Wrapped Shrimp, Homemade Coconut Shrimp and even Chicken Quesadillas. We serve various Salads and Sandwiches that offer traditional tastes, such as a Chef Salad or Caesar Salad along with Slow Roasted Prime Sandwiches or a Marinated Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Our Dinner Menu offers a variety of menu items to accommodate all cravings such as Oven Baked Stuffed Flounder, Traditional Shrimp Scampi, Homemade Meat or Chicken Vegetable Lasagna, Lobster Ravioli, Sirloin Steak, Jack Daniels Rib Eye, Charleston Shrimp and Grits and Chicken Marsala. We now offer Signature Napoletan Pizzas which include Margherita Pizza, Vincenza Pizza, Garden Vegetable Delight Pizza, Port City Seafood and many others.
