Bon Appetit Catering has a reputation around the Wilmington area for honesty, integrity, quality, and giving our clients exactly what they want. We stand by each of these principles every step of the way in planning and putting on your upcoming special, personal event to allow your dreams and wishes to become reality.

Once you have reviewed our online material and made your initial phone call to us provideding the basics of your upcoming event (click her for our Contact fom), we will have a menu proposal to you within 48 hours. From there, any changes that you wish to make will be accommodated. We will address any questions or concerns about your menu until it is right where you wish it to be.

Tastings

For those who prefer in-person contact, we offer a tasting and presentation at $25 per person. This fee will need to be paid upon booking your tasting. Once you book with Bon Appetit we will deduct $50 from the balance of your event. Tastings are conducted here in our office where you will have the opportunity to meet with the owner of Bon Appetit, Gene Costa, as well as Laura Garst our Director of Catering and Event Services. You will be able to see and taste  8 -10 different hors d’oeuvres (Chef's choice), two hot entree selections (Chef's choice) and a sampling of desserts from our in house Pastry Chef. We will also show you a variety of photos from our event photo album of past receptions we have Catered. If you have been unsure up until this point of the type of menu you want to create, seeing first hand and tasting for yourself the quality and impressive display of our foods, will most certainly reassure you that you are making the right choice for your special event.

CATERING MENUS:

   Heavy Hors D’oeuvres Menu

*(Please note: If you choose to have a menu of Heavy Hors D'oeuvres, you will need to select at least 8-10 different items to create a menu of substance)

   Banquet Buffet Menu and Plated Dinners

    Hot and Cold Breakfasts or Luncheons

    Pastry Menu (made fresh daily from our in house Pastry Chef)

 WEDDING CATERING INCENTIVES ……

(Expires at the end of 2010)
 
·       Book w/ in two weeks of your tasting and get our glass ware/plate ware package at no cost ($4-5 savings)
*only applicable with wait staffed events
 
·       Book your Wedding Rehearsal Dinner or Brunch and Reception with Bon Appetit and receive 10% off of the food cost of your Rehearsal Dinner or Brunch
 
·       Book your Wedding Reception in the months of January, February, March, July, August, November and December and receive our Glass ware/Plate ware Package, Decorative Package and 1 Free Hors d’oeuvre at no cost (hors d’oeuvre must equal $1.50 pp)
*if Reception is a drop off only: we will substitute plastic ware at no charge instead of the glass ware/plate ware package, client will still receive 1 free hors d’oeuvre however; the offer for the decorative package will not apply
